    Sorry to hijack the thread for a moment, can everyone please go back to post 1 in this thread by David Layne and have a quick read of what I put there, then PM me if you think its a bad idea? All purely theoretical, but if you think the ideas could work then please let me know.:noidea:

    Sounds good to me.

    When numbers increase, the time limit can be lowered to 48 hours then twenty four.

    Perhaps we should title it "Quiz" and delete the "Do we have"

    Brize Norton? Whitleys training paratroops or set up for towing gliders? Say...mid '42 onwards after Whitleys removed from bomber ops.

    No Kitty, good guess but we have already established it was 1942 and using Whitleys that went out of service in 1942.

    A clue is that it is an operational para drop they are about to make.
