Hopefully my last newbie question i seem to have uploaded my signature of a wellington but i cant see it ,it tells me that it is attached ,what am i doing wrong it is only a small picture, preview works ,but on posts can not see it any ideas ? Cheers AJ
Can you post the image in this thread and we'll see what we can do? Go to the main post page (don't use quick post) Scroll down to manage attachments, that will open a new window and you can browse your puter and tell it to upload. Then when its done close that window, come back up to the posting box and click the paperclip icon above. That will bring up a dropdown and just choose the image itself. Also where are you hosting it?

HI thanks thats the aircraft that one of my medal groups winner flew in FLT LT Norman Eric Litchfield 97 missions 105 Sqn wounded twice ,when A/C hit by Flak over Hamburg and later Dortmund All missions as a Pathfinder and usually marker A/C Cheers AJ
And whose is the DFC AFC DFM medal ribbons for above the Mozzie? And do you own Litchfields medals? Nice collection
AS to first Question nobodies as such but FLT LT N E litchfields navigator had won the DFM and later AFC so with this DFC and Bar i thought it was a good idea to put his navs medals as well.Should get a rosette for the DFC I have his medals and all the medal groups on my signature,the rest would look to cluttered if put on AJ
And also i must add after kyt's questions,are you a ww2 vet? Also are you saying you were shot down by Germans? If so,you should tell the story to me,i very interested!
Hi no missed by a long way i am a medal collector and very much a Airforce Fan i was in the RAAF from 1981 to 1993 .The plane on my signature is the same as the man whose medals i now own flew .He crash landed after being wounded by flak and also bailed out over the channel just before reaching England 4 months later after the first crash landing.Both he and nav ok Cheers Tony
