Your frequent OTHER forums - traitor :becky: Why only the Bible - they must have been stingy with their knowledge sharing Oh dear - looks like someone has seen The Last Starfighter too many times: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Last_Starfighter Plenty of time for reading then Very true :>:>:>
I can never watch The last Star Fighter, saw it when it first came out as child and completely freaked when the alien took his eyes out to polish them. I mean EWWWWWWWW!
The channell is now on line but all its showing is old repeats! Worse still, it has on my freeview box taken over from the history channell! This has moved to the old UK Brightideas slot! Means i have to flick the control box even more to get to the history channell!
Had forgotten about it. Caught a few progs, and had a look at the listings for the week. OK, not exactly original programming but I think I'm going to like it. I'm currently watching a repeat of Never Mind The Buzzcocks with Mark Lamarr (love that show). Over the week they'll be showing Red Dwarf, Coupling, Alan Partridge, Billy Connollys Tours of.... So not bad - and I was starting to get bored with UKTv History - I think I'd seen almost all the programmes at least twice.
If they are showing Red Drawf, then I might just try and catch showings! I could catch up on the ones I missed! Anybody for Chicken Curry and Lager for breakfast?
Currently they're showing Series 6, but I'm sure they'll get around to the earlier one soon enough. They're also showing Bottom - which means that Dave is pitched at just the right level for someone like me. Yes to the Curry but I'll passon the lager thanks - bet it's an open tinnie with a fag end floating in it.
Just a wee one :becky: And I hadn't realised that there was such a time lag between Oz and here - 19 days for a reply!!
Well, you know how long it took you lot to sail and then fly down here...imagine how far the electronic pigeon has to travel! :becky:
Oi! Cheshire reprobate thank you very much! Caught a couple of Top Gears so far on Dave. As i've not seen many am rather enjoying them. As to the rest of the programming I'm a bit m'eh about them.
