The Ten Cannots! Wrongly attributed on some occasions to Abraham Lincoln however it was Rev. W.J.H. Boetcker in 1916. The answer I would have thought was the first answer given: Dr. Adrian Pierce Rogers (September 12, 1931 – November 15, 2005) of Love Worth Finding Ministries, Pastor Emeritus of Bellevue Baptist Church.
When I recieved this passage in an e mail it was attributed to Thomas Jefferson. However after getting Klink's answer and Spidge's retort I did a google and they tell me it was penned by Dr. Adrian Pierce Rogers.
I have had a few of those emails. Thank God for the internet. The content is quite interesting all the same.
