Geoff Thanks; very striking photos; you must have very unusual atmospheric conditions at present (could it be ash still in the atmosphere from the fires?) I must admit I am more familiar with sunset than sunrise! My mother and sister are in Melbourne at present, visiting my brother. They haven't mentioned any sunrises; they just moaned about how it wasn't much warmer in Melbourne than at home in London. Kitty: Your photos of Cheshire are amazing, too.
Hi Adrian, Your brother is in the Dandenongs isn't he (Lysterfield) which is usually colder. This is Autumn however the days are lovely. No ash, just misty in the morning with a bit of haze at night.
