I have found the archive where they are kept[Holland] but the general arangement plans are missing. Can anyone help ?,happy to pay costs
Hi David ,welcome to the forum .I tend to specialize in RAF items but hopefully somebody else on the forum will be able to help you out .Do hope you enjoy your time with us as there is heaps to read and look at. Cheers AJ
Hi David, Have you tried looking at Model Boat Mayhem. The modeller who has the site may be able to help. Cheers Keith
Yes i thought of that ,but i think it's a bit too specialized for Mayhem,i've tried Axis history and others but nothing, thanks anyway. David5
Sink or swim Hi David, thanks for your reply. Being a bit of a Fast Attack Ship enthusiast myself, while building a type Brave Borderer ( Traplet ) Model about 4ft length, I looked into his site and he seemed to go more for the German boats. I remember he had a model on his site, and thought he may have a plan that may prove helpful. Worth a try. :bathbaby: Cheers Keith
That reminds me. The sole remaining S-boat has recently been saved for preservation. I'll see if I can find further details as I imagine the new owner will be up with the research to find plans etc. Here's the link to the mob restoring her - Roving Commissions Ltd, Shipwrights & Boat Builders in Wood and the direct link - S130 WW2 E Boat For Restoration
