How about the "Strafers", B-25s at Wewak, Kavieng, Hollandia, Rabaul and all over New Guinea, killing shipping, transports, airfields and dropping the innovative "parafrags". Anyone interested?

This isn't something i have come across before as Pacific isn't my area of interest, but i would certainly be very interested in hearing more about it.

How about the strafers indeed? Always interested in those units. One of my favourite subjects. Don't forget the Havocs and RAAF Beaufighters and Bostons!

What's the collective knowlege of the "Sunsetters?". My Dad was a pilot in the "Wolfpack", on a B25, got loads of pics of the plane, crew, parafrags, enemy shipping getting hit with .50cal, etc. I know of the "Green Dragons". Anyone know the rest of the group? (Its the 38th BG, 71st Squadron, 5th AF of the Army Air Corps.).
