What a great find, I wonder what other treasures may be hidden with the planes? From what I understand there are around 35 spitfires currently flying.

 

I would do anything for a flight in a Spitfire (well almost anything) ;-)

 

Same here mate, i get to see them flying a few times a year at airshows and its on my bucket list

I found this site a while back and got all excited until I read further. You don't actually fly "in" a Spitfire but along side it in another aircraft. That would never do for me, it's all or nothing I'm afraid.

Yes seen this advertised before, costs a fortune and don't get to fly in a Spit, no way. Got to be the Spit or nothing.
