    This young man is buried in Deansgrange Cemetery Blackrock Co. Dublin but I can't find anything on him ... can you ?:(

    Corporal Robert Kingston (25), Military Cross, died at Upwood aerodrome, Ramsey on 2nd November 1918.

    He was the eldest son of John and Catherine Kingston of 2 Crofton Avenue, Kingstown

    He's not mentioned in Airmen Died, so he wasn't serving in the RAF. A corporal with an MC is very unusual!

    Mmmm ! ... I'm still looking too ! ... maybe Mum and Dad put the MC on there ..... ( it was surprising to me when I was research the Charge of the Light Brigade how many headstones in America included the phrase "one of the 600 " !! .... if we added them all up ... it was more like at least 6000 !! ) as it was a private grave !

    Found this ... but I have no idea where to look next !! :confused:

    Here's the whole inscription .....

    In Sad and Loving Memory | of our darling son | ROBERT KINGSTON (Bob) CPL. M.C.
    R.A.F. | died at Upwood Aerodrome, Ramsey | Nov 2nd 1918 aged 25 years | eldest
    son of | JOHN & CATHERINE GRAY | Crofton Avenue, Kingstown | “He now is sweetly
    sleeping | His spirit rests with Thee | And though Thy saints are weeping |
    Their song is victory” | Also his Mother | CATHERINE | died Christmas Day 1934 |
    aged 66 years | “And with the morn those | Angel faces smile | Which I have
    loved long | and lost awhile” | Also her husband | JOHN | died 31st Oct 1951 |
    “At Rest”.
