Is a very good book. It's written by Nonna Lisowskaja Bannister. She was a little girl in Russia at the start of WWII. I have read many books written from Germans and Jews about the Holocaust. This is the first one I've read about Russia.
You should also read Night by Elie Wiesal. He gives an accurate account of what went on during the final years of the Holocaust and when the Russians defeated the Germany army.
