Hi I found a site that has a cloth badge that looks like this . It says N88 German cloth pilot badge. The item i found could well be off the coat/jacket where as your picture is prob the cap badge. I would of posted the link here for you to look at but its a site selling ww1 badges and i don't want to be spamming the site . so it could be a match to this its has the the 3 ribs at bottom like on on your badge and of course the eagle and swastika symbol . i know its not much but may give you something else to check out. regards
