Interesting, I volunteered to act as a guinea pig in 1979, we had to go for a medical before hand. Unfortunately, I was posted to Belize around the time I was due to go to Porton, so it was cancelled
I've heard, read some articles much earlier regarding Porton, but totally unaware about what mentioned in the Guardian!!
Anyway, it was for the Only and easy availability of the then least eaducated Colonial Indian personnels, who could have helped MOD to get rid off the enormous overhelming pressure! My concern is but totally different. If not the Colonial Indians then Who? The Brits? Is not so, who was the next, from the other colonies?
