My Grandfather Stanley Charles Richardson died in PNG at Milne Bay on 2/10/1943 and I would love to hear from people who had relatives in the 2/43. They may of known my grandfather or known of him. I know its a long shot but I just cant get the fact that he died all alone without family by his side and without anyone there to comfort him in his last moments. I cant imagine how terrible it must of been. He was only 24. My son is older than that. Maybe some-one has photos of them in PNG. I would be grateful for anything. I know where he is buried and I have a picture of the cemetary , but anything about the day to day is blank. Regards Sharon
