This isn't a biography book that's been written yet, but I wasn't sure where to post what I want to say. And when her book *is* written, it will be a great read! Huge congratulations to Admiral Michelle Howard for recently becoming the first female 4-star Admiral in the Navy... and at the same time becoming the first 4-star African-American woman in all of the military. You go, Adm. Howard!
