    Australian Deaths in the RAAF/RAF. How did they occur? - Ghana

    The reason for these threads is to have the official cause of death for these flyers if known, the number of the aircraft and to supply all detail and crew listings if available.

    Took off 1430 hrs Takoradi, but at 1515 hrs spun into the ground out of cloud 4 km west of Saltpond, 3 km north of Brazzi, Gold Coast.
