    Australian Deaths in the RAAF/RAF. How did they occur? - Uganda

    The reason for these threads is to have the official cause of death for these flyers if known, the number of the aircraft and to supply all detail and crew listings if available.

    0700 - “One engine of the aircraft failed and the pilot flew into a cloud on one engine and lost control, after which the aircraft spun into the ground from a low altitude.”
