I have just sat up all night watching Obama being sworn in as the new President. It would not be everyone's cup of tea but I enjoyed it.
Question :- Was that the Tuskegee pilots in the horse drawn carriage in the parade ?

Several news stories stated that they attended the inaugeration but no mention of them being in the carriages. Can you remember what they were wearing as a couple of pictures show them in their veteran's caps and baseball caps, and some with flying-style leather jackets

Yep, they were in a fittingly red carriage. I have posted in the Tuskegee inauguration attendance thread.

    Hello Kyt and Andy

Thank you both for your answers. Kyt - Some did have baseball style caps on, but I couldn't see what was written on them. Andy - Glad you saw the carriage too, the look quite happy didn't they.

I think some of the caps read "Tuskegee Airman".
