Unteroffizier, Bavarian Landsturm Infanterie Bataillon 'Hof' (III B 4), Luttich, 6 Nov.1914 Letter on reverse, kindly translated by uwing50. Bayer. Landsturmmann wearing M1913 Wachstuchmutze (cap) and a pre-war, Dunkelblau uniform. He is armed with a Gew 88 and S71/84 bayonet.
