Hello from draindown2009

    I am an amateur historian, primarily maritime, and research the names on a specific set of Honours and Memorial Boards related to a well known Merchant Navy training ship. I may be asking for some help when I get stuck.

    Thanks to all for a warm welcome. I am finding my way around the site and am sure I shall enjoy much interesting browsing. I like the international/nautical/WW2 flavour having spent my life voyaging, working and living in many parts of the world.
