I'm a big fan of military history, tactics and philosophy. The greatest military general in my humble opinion was Alexander the Great. I'm quite young but I really fancy the old films I like detective noirs, anything with Humphrey Bogart and French new wave cinema. My father was a soldier and I grew up around a lot of tanks, planes and military bases. I enjoy reading the Art of War and admire Machiavelli's iron hand stance towards political decision-making. I hope to learn a lot from this forum and meet more like-minded people. Cheers!
