First of all, what help do you need? I am going to take a leap and presume that you wish to know rarity and value. If there is another question, please ask. The brass case (ashtray) is an example of a class of craft commonly called "trench art". Soldiers and sailors sometimes manufactured items to fill in the spare time they had, perhaps waiting to go into combat. And it was not overly rare that spare brass might be re-worked into a decorative or functional item. Ashtrays were a common item, so I wonder if this was an ashtray, or perhaps a tobacco holder. The ship model is another example of a craft item. Sorry, I can not give a valuation from these photos.
