Help with Spitfire kills 2.9.40 Thank you indeed Peter, If only everything was as detailed !!! Perhaps you could help just a little more please. I'm trying to ascertain who shot down a Hurricane 1 at 12.50 British time, on that date belonging to 111 Sqdn. a/c No. 3875 Sgt. W. Dymond but nobody seems to be claiming it, so I wondered if he was claimed as a Spitfire instead. Unfortunately the Spitfire claims tally so I'm no further on. There was an unconfirmed claim by Oblt. Richard Hausmann 9/JG54 for a Hurricane 1 on that date but no place or time given. If you could shed any light on this I would be grateful. Thanking you again, Bill
