Hi Readers, I have just had the pleasure of finding a very readable book on the "History of the Royal Navy". The author is Robert Jackson, published by Paragon in 1999. ISBN 0-75257-988-6 The book has many superb illustrations and the author has succeeded in writing in a style that is not dry or boring, in fact exactly the opposite. The contents start from "The Age of Sail" ending with "Into the 21st.Century" Not a big unwealdly tome ony 95 pages in a 6.52 x 8.25" format. If you see it buy it you won't be disappointed, cover herewith. Cheers Keith DLCVIII
