I have just done a Battlefield tour in Normandy with my Unit, looking at the D-Day battles etc. During our research we came across mention of 'Howard Force' who commanded a RAF Regiment Unit. Was this 'Howard Force' commanded by the Famous Major John Howard of Pegasus Bridge fame? does anyone have any information?
