    Wellington X3367 Mission to Kassel

    Tookoff at 2026 from Warboys. Shot down by a night-fighter (Hptm Wolfgang Thimmig, 111./NJG1) and crashed 2325 on to the Laurenz Textile Factory at Epe, 4 km South of Gronau, Germany. All were initially buried in the Evangelical Friedhof at Rheine. They have been subsequently re-interred in the Reichswald Forest War Cemetery.
