    I found this young flyer while I was looking for something else ..... thought I'd post in case somebody is looking for him ! Britain Canada and the US are involved here !! :)

    on 08 May 1918
    Son of Mr. E. Skedden of 1030, Mcollet Avenue, Minneapolis, U.S.A.

    Remembered with honour

    Lt C E L Skedden was flying SE 5a C6445 at the time of his death. The aeroplane broke up at 1000 feet, then crashed and burnt.

    Previously, on 21 April 1918 he was uninjured when forced to land due to combat damage while flying SE 5a D269.

    He was probably so happy to get back ... he lost his concentration for a few seconds .... tragic ! :(
