Hi. Any members got any info on the battle of pagoda hill,Calvert,south Staffs.Am interested in Chindits in general,and this battle in particular.Have read most of accounts on net,and am trying to build picture of events.For example have never read an account that,actually says how long battle lasted.Have read Calverts'books. Sadly Jack passed away on the 16th June 2008 at the Royal Liverpool Hospital ...... Jack died peacefully in his sleep RIP Jack ..... I'm so glad you got to make your trip !
