I should think after he was outed by the bloody stupid Ozzie and Yank reporters that the MOD will fly him back sharpish.

Fair play to him. He clearly felt uncomfortable about not being allowed to go in the first place. I agreed with this decision at the time simply because the publicity and the hype would have put him and his troop in much more danger than would otherwise be the case.

It is unfortunate but perhaps not surprising that this would leak out to the media. The Story is all to some of these people no matter what the cost may be. Fair play also to those responsible journalists out there. They do a good job but as usual its the minority who damage their trade.

Now that he has been outed, I think it would be prudent for the military to get him home as the risks to everyone else have now just increased.

Given that he is normally in a bunker or so wrapped up with various bits of equipment and that the taliban attack from a distance, then it raised the question f how would they know either where he was r what he loked like!

I think it's deplorable that the Australian New Idea magazine was one of those who released this. No one would have known otherwise as the MOD did a pretty good job of keeping things quiet from my point of view. No responsibility and embarrassing that it was an Aussie mag. Probably hasn't even crossed their mind that they've put lives at risk.

Its good that he got out there though. He must feel a lot better about himself and have regained any respect from his men that he lost.

In future, however many nightclubs he gets drunk in, we will all remember that he is not just a playboy.

Interesting also to see that his "guard" was the Ghurkha troops who have served Britain and the Commonwealth in all wars and theatres for over 200 years.

The journalist may have received his "commission" however the penny must eventually drop that they put more lives than Harry's at risk by their irresponsible behaviour.

they don;t give a damn about how many lives they put at risk, they obviously have the brain capacity of a stunned chav.

And the MOD have announced they are bringing Harry back immediately.

Yes, it is the right decision. It is not all about Harry. If there was even one casualty caused by the increased activity of a determined enemy to get him, because he was allowed to stay, then that would be one too much.

It was good to see the Gurkhas on the news and the mention of the Kukri in the papers.
