Looking for information on my grandad who served with the S Lancs regiment in WW1 . He was invalided out of the army with frostbite. I'd like to find out when this was and where he was fighting when he got frostbite. I have his service number 31826 will this help?? He returned homw from the war and lived to be 84 but had had his toes/feet amputated. Thanks for any help
