I had lost my internet connection, got it back for one day then lost it again. My internet provider was unable to fix the problem online so they sent a technician today. Problem! He asked me how long it was since I had required a technician to call previously? I told him I had not had a visit previously. Having said that he looked up the computer history and said: All your software and broadband line is original......give me 5 minutes. He came back in and said everything is now okay as I have replaced the entry point as it was rusted out and was your only problem. Result was no charge. Thank you Telstra and Big Pond.
Ooo-eerrr misses Glad to see everything is sorted. Amazing how lost we know feel without the net. I freak out when it goes down for a few hours.
