BBC journalist Sir Charles Wheeler was a Royal Marines Captain in WW2. Of course he was better known for his later career, but with the ever-decreasing number of WW2 veterans around, I think it may be worth posting obituaries of anyone who served in WW2 Charles Wheeler - Telegraph
