What is this world coming to?? Children spying for the councils is a bloody disgrace. Who in the hell do the councils think they are.

The mentality of bureaucrats never ceases to amaze me. Of course, being amazed by their "mentality" assumes they have brains...

I was walking with wife and kids in Glasgow, must have been last year sometime. Ashleigh was eating sweets and the empty wrapper blew out of her hand. I told her to go and pick it up as she was already turning herself to go and get it.

Then this suit went up to her and said "I am from the council, do you know its illegal to drop your papers on the ground, you shuold be ashamed"

Oh s**t bike mistake mate. I launched at him and told him he was a disgrace for approaching a 9 year old in the street like that and he could clearly see she was going to get it.

I was livid, and really went to town on him, then he called the police who arrived and said I could be fined for littering as my children were my responsibility.

Never one to turn away from a challenge I complained, got the CCTV footage and proved he was wrong. Got a letter of apology from the both council and police.

    What a farse.

Give someone a bit of power and watch how much they'll abuse it. No imagination or flexibility with some of these suits. Makes you wonder how they make it through the day.
