Here is the rest of the collection. The green beret is my grandad's when he was in the London Irish Rifles, with blue hackle. His shoulder titles from WW2, and some others bits of his my dad has, plus my WW1 silks. Yes I found them at last.

Sarge and Kitty, have you come across hand warmers, small metal canisters that you could light, cap and then place between clasped hands? We've got one in the box of stuff of Jodi's grandfather's. Will have to post pics after Christmas as there's a lot of stuff we can't ID!
Thats an old design, originated in china centuries ago. I've seen 17th, 18th and 19th century hand warmers. Photos would be very much appreciated Andy. Is it small enough to go in a pocket or gloves?
