    Good to see Spits continuing in the family! Brendon Deere is Al Deere's nephew.

    Very pretty. I like how one of the wings said *No walking on*,and a great view too.
    Amazing,the planes have not flowen in 50 years.
    I am just woundering,if the pilots of today knew who flew the spitfires in ww2!

    It's quite an industry, Heidi, restoring wartime aircraft to fly again. Some of the restored aircraft fly in the colours they wore during their service so you can imagine the research that goes into it. I guess you could call Spitfire etc owners the ultimate enthusiasts!
