Had some programme on (The World's Strangest Videos or something) in the background, and this caught my attention.

The aircraft was coming into land when it was caught by the wash of a jet and got tossed into the air. It hung in the air for nearly two hours before the fire service could turn off the 25000 volts running through the power line from which it is hanging.

And it was leaking fuel!! The pilot survived

The phenmenon is known as wake turbulence; it the reason that little planes should allow some time/distance between them and bigger aircraft.

This individual was a very lucky chap!
