I had a look and they do have a medal card for Sidney R Biffin http://search.ancestry.co.uk/cgi-bi...gs-d&gsfn=sydney richard&gsln=biffin&uidh=000but cant access it got to renew my subscription and this will tell us quite a bit about him. if your not sure on how to read it let me know and i will help.
