Sounds like me in Quake II and III. Sometimes that corner just jutted out a bit too far and I was too quick with the rocket launcher.

 

I have still got the first Wolfenstein on my computer inside. Love the sound of those doors opening and the "Halt".

 

And the German Shepherds that used to scare the crap out of me!
