RAVE: getting up early isn't too bad really. RANT: the designers of iPod earphones should be shot. Clearly they have designed something that projects sound directly into the earhole but also out into space. Maybe it's just a case of those people on the train wanting to drown out the world. Ah well, their ears.
Rant! Had to dig my way into my study, as a one of the brand new book cases had collapsed against it block my way into my study! But found out that it had been sitting on a raised panel underneath the carpet! So, it will have to get another one and move the furnature yet again!
The hazards of collecting books - starvation through being trapped in the study. Can think of worse ways to go...

But I have booked called, "Rules for a Gentleman" it lists it as being published in London, Edinburgh, New York, Toronto, Wellington, Delhi but not in OZ! Says it all!
