Sometimes I wonder why i don't ban the lot of you. :>

 

Don"t ban us.!!!! Oh and by the way it is gonna snow 2-8 inches today in P.A.:biggrin1:

 

They changed the forecast it is now 5-8" yipeeeee Snow yeah:firefire:.:clapping:

 

Now they changed it now were also getting rain ohnooooooo not rain and now were only getting 3 " I told you all about P.A.

 

We only got 1 and a half inches. It snowed it rained then it sleated, and hailed a little. I want a real snow.:banplease:

 

It rained more now there is a thin layer of ice.:dwarf::butcher:

 

Snow, none really for many years

I remember in 1945 travelling by train from Newcastle to London on the good old LNER, when, looking out of the windows, you couldn't see over the top of the snow, banked high on either side by the snowploughs, way above the height of the train.

I've read that the winter of 1945/45 was one of the worst on record. Made worse because rationing had become tighter rather than easing off, as people expected after the war
